ARTBORNE Health care heat pad MHP61 is an simple structure and size makes this heat pad a great way for cramped neck, trapped nerve and upper back arthritic or just to use it for general fatigue.

It can be also used for headache relief through putting the pad into the freezer, after 45~60 minutes, when you are ready to use then take them out and use straight away.

Usage for hot compress:

1)To active:

Flex the metal disc inside the pad back and forth to start the reaction. The liquid will be getting crystallize .When the crystallization completed, squeeze the heat pad to make it soft and ready to use.

2)To recharge:

Place the heat pad in boiling water with cloth below for about 5 minutes until all the crystals disappear, then recharge it.

Usage for cold compress:

Placed the heat cold pad in the refrigerator(not freezer),don't flex the metal disc; take it out after 20-30 minutes, as cold pad.
